Reliable 24-hour Car Towing Services

Our Singapore-based team provides 24-hour towing, roadside assistance and breakdown recovery across the island. Tell us what happened, where the vehicle is and where it needs to go so we can discuss the most suitable next step.

What we deliver

Experienced Tow Operators

Our team works with motorists who need a tow, battery help or tyre assistance. Cars, motorcycles, vans and lorries can each present different loading and access needs. We ask about the vehicle and location so the recovery can be planned with those details in mind.

Emergency Recovery

A breakdown may involve a flat battery, damaged tyre or a vehicle that cannot be driven. We provide round-the-clock assistance and can discuss whether a roadside service or towing is more appropriate. Where the vehicle is damaged or access is difficult, tell us before collection so the arrangement can account for it.

Emergency Recovery Services

When a vehicle breaks down on the road, most people just want someone to appear quickly and help them sort things out, without too many questions asked. Our team handles these situations every day, and since problems can happen at any hour, we keep the line open around the clock. Sometimes it’s a simple stall along a quiet street, sometimes the driver is stranded somewhere much more inconvenient. Either way, we go down, take a quick look, and get the car moving again if possible.

Battery issues are probably the most common. Many drivers don’t notice the signs until the engine refuses to start. In those cases, we bring a replacement battery directly to the roadside, or fix it at the workshop if that’s easier for the owner. Tyre problems come a close second — punctures, slow leaks, even the occasional burst from hitting a curb. A quick patch or change usually settles it.

When the vehicle can’t be revived on the spot, towing becomes the next step. Our towing team handles everything from everyday sedans to bikes and even high-end cars that need more careful handling. Motorcycles, especially, require specific carriers so they don’t tilt or shift during transport. For luxury cars, we take extra time to secure every point properly before moving off. The goal is simple: bring the vehicle back safely, without adding any new worries.

How we plan a recovery

A useful recovery plan starts with the vehicle, its location and the problem—not simply the nearest available truck. These details help us discuss the right form of assistance before a vehicle is moved.

01 / Tell us the situation

Share the location

Give the road name, nearby landmark or carpark level, plus a safe contact point. Tell us whether the vehicle starts or rolls, and whether it is blocking traffic or parked in a restricted-access area. If there has been a collision, mention visible leaks or loose parts. Share photographs only when you can take them from a safe position; there is no need to enter a live traffic lane to document the damage.

02 / Choose the help

Check the vehicle

Battery and tyre problems may call for roadside assistance. If the vehicle cannot be safely driven, explain its type and condition so suitable towing can be discussed. A brief restart does not necessarily resolve the problem. Tell us about persistent warning lights, damaged tyres, unusual sounds or steering and braking concerns before deciding whether roadside work or recovery is the better next step.

03 / Agree the destination

Prepare for handover

Confirm where the vehicle should go and who can receive it. Keep keys and relevant access details ready, and let us know about low clearance, tight turns or other loading constraints before collection. Check whether your chosen workshop can receive the vehicle at the planned time. If an insurer or fleet manager has given destination instructions, have them ready before the handover.

Different vehicles need different plans

A motorcycle, low-clearance car and loaded van should not be treated as the same recovery job. Mention the vehicle model, approximate weight if known, visible damage and any difficulty selecting neutral or releasing the parking brake. For a van or lorry, share its height and load; for a basement or multi-storey carpark, check the posted clearance and access route. These details help avoid sending unsuitable equipment or arriving without the information needed to plan a safe move.

Safety comes before collection

If you are on an expressway, follow the Land Transport Authority’s breakdown guidance: move to the road shoulder if possible, switch on hazard lights and call LTA’s 24-hour hotline for EMAS assistance. Do not try to repair the vehicle on the expressway. Once you and the vehicle are in a safe place, you can arrange any onward private towing. If there has been a collision, tell us about the vehicle’s condition and consult our accident recovery information.

Our Partners

Find the right help for your vehicle

For a vehicle that will not start, compare our roadside assistance and battery replacement information. A damaged tyre may call for tyre repair or replacement; a vehicle that cannot be driven safely may need a planned tow. If you are stopped on an expressway or in a tunnel, follow LTA’s EMAS breakdown instructions first, then arrange any onward private service from a safe location. For a collision, see our accident towing guidance. A commercial vehicle or low-clearance carpark needs different planning; see van and lorry towing or carpark towing.
